What is Alzheimer’s disease?

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of dementia, and is caused by a deterioration of brain cells – a progressive condition. Some of the most common symptoms of Alzheimer’s are:
Loss of memory, perception, changes in behaviour, mood swings and communication/speech problems..
